During the first part of this meditation:
Kevin will first talk about the astrology behind this full moon including a more in depth look at Sagittarius energy and how it can affect us all collectively.
Next, Kevin will speak about how this Sagittarius full moon will affect your own personal astrological birth chart.
When you sign up for the class, please include your birth information: date of birth, city of birth, and time of birth (if you’re unsure, just use 12:00pm). You can include these details in the “notes” section at checkout or email them directly to [email protected] so Kevin can take a look at your chart ahead of time.
During the second part of the meditation:
Meribeth will lead you in a guided shamanic meditation that will add a sense of power to your intentions and wishes as you release them to the Universe.
Meribeth will accompany the meditation with sound (rattles, drums or a gong).
Please bring something comfortable to lie on, like a yoga or meditation mat. Feel free to bring your journal and a pen to write down any insights you gain from the meditation.
